I was listening to a podcast the other day which was talking about creating content and stories based on everyday life observations and experiences. I loved the concept and immediately applied this practice with my mentoring hat on.
It made me think about the photos I have taken and collected, and the wealth of story they contain. So I decided to create ‘Real Life Mentoring: Photo Stories, as a way to share my messages about the value and practice of mentoring in colourful, fun and interesting ways. What better way than using real life.
So, the first of many in this Real Life Mentoring series follows this introductory post. I hope you find some degree of ‘essence’ and meaning for your mentoring practice in these photo stories.
I am also posting this series on my Petersen Consulting business Facebook site if you want to follow the series there.
