I read this statement in a newspaper article today – “Words Matter” – and it resonated with me in my belief that the language we use has incredible power to influence the quality of our relationships, at work and in our personal lives.
The author also wrote, “Words allow people the power to name what matters to them; never underestimate the choice of your words and the impact they create”.
