The Benefits of Mentoring

The benefits of mentoring are multiple, for the mentor, the mentee and the organisation as a whole. As part of your programme design process it is really helpful to consider the numerous benefits you intend and expect your mentors and mentees to gain from engaging in mentoring.

Also, by identifying the expected benefits for the organisation, this creates criteria which you can use as indicators of the impact and outcomes of the programme. I talk about this in The 3 Minute Mentor™ video.
